What do you have to do in the driving test?

First - you will be asked to read a number plate from approximately 20 metres away.

Second - you will be asked 2 questions on basic maintenance.

You will need to tell the examiner the answer to one question
You will need to show the examiner the answer to one question

Third - you will need to demonstrate safe and competent driving without assistance for approximately 35 minutes - the examiner will tell you which route to follow.

During this time you will be asked to carry out 2 manoeuvres and possibly an emergency stop.
