Why did my friend get marked for driving too slow?
You must drive at a suitable speed for the conditions.
You will get marked if you drive slowly when it's safe to drive at the speed limit because:The examiner thinks you don't know what the speed limit is.
The examiner thinks you aren't confident enough to drive at the speed limit.
