What distance do I have to stay from the kerb on the left reverse?
Try to keep the car between 1 foot and 2 feet away (about the width of a drain cover) as you move round the corner.
If you move closer or further away than this it is ok - as long as:
- You don't hit the kerb
- You don't go over the centre line
Remember, the most important part of any manoeuvre is safety. Do your observations, control the car smoothly/slowly and don't get obsessed with the distance from the kerb!
