Drive at a safe speed for the conditions

For example - in a 30 mph limit:

If the road is clear, straight and dry it's probably ok to drive at 30mph

If the road is clear but with turns - it may not be a good idea to drive at 30mph

If there's parked cars along the road - it's not a good idea to drive at 30mph

If the road is wet - it's not a good idea to drive at 30mph
