Do I have to drive at the speed limit?
Drive at a safe speed for the conditions
For example - in a 30 mph limit:
- If the road is clear, straight and dry it's probably ok to drive at 30mph
- If the road is clear but with turns it may not be a good idea to drive at 30mph
- If there are parked cars along the road it's not a good idea to drive at 30mph
- If the road is wet it's not a good idea to drive at 30mph
